The Industrial Athlete program underwent a full rebrand in support of a campaign to drive participation.
The request was to create a compelling platform to increase program visibility, and fully leverage the Industrial Athlete program while reducing staff time spent on marketing and recruiting. The longer-term goal was to increase the program participation rate year over year.
